On the trailer released on 16th of February 2016, this serial will introduce 2 main characters on Marvel Comic, every Marvel's fans will recognize easily, they are The Punisher (Frank Castle) and Electra (Electra Natchios).

This second season seems to be the season of the Frank Castle's origin. According to the recent Marvel comic edition, he is described as ex-US soldier in Afganistan. The beginning story of the murderer of Frank's family including his wife and his son by Hell's Kitchen gangsters will be told on this season. Therefore, we will see the revenge of Frank Castle to all of the gangster related to the murderer of his wife and son brutally to make sure his revenge pays off.
This brutal way conducted by Frank Castle by killing all of the gangster members will pull Matt Murdoch's attention. As we know, killing the enemy is not the first option on Matt's point of view. This conflict will mark the beginning of conflict between two "heroes"; Daredevil v The Punisher.

Another character introduced on this season 2 that emerges between "Daredevil v The Punisher" conflict is Elektra. The biggest possibility role for Electra on this season, she could be the Mercenary hired by the biggest people of the gangster in Hells' Kitchen, and that could be Wilson Fisk (Kingpin). Despite of being prisoned on the end of season 1, Wilson Fisk still will have big influential in Hell's Kitchen underground. He will hire Electra to kill either Matt Murdock (Daredevil) or Frank Castle (The Punisher). One of the most compelling thing on Electra, She was the crush of Foggy on the College and Foggy had told about to Matt on season 1.
In the end of the story of season 2, I predict that the conflict between The Punisher and Daredevil will end. It will mark the collaboration between 2 superheroes just like Marvel had told us on the comics. On thing's left that I couldn't predict so sure, that is about the end story of Electra on this season. She could whether still become the enemy for Daredevil & The Punisher or join these two men.
